Full Day Workshops
Location: Alstonefield Village Hall (pictured above) Times: 10.00 am. to 4.00 pm. with 30 minutes for lunch, which can be taken in the 'Old School Garden' opposite the Village Hall in good weather. Materials: Included in the price Equipment: Everything is provided for your use on the day, including battery operated LED lights and standard embroidery hoops & frames. You are welcome to bring your own sewing kit if you wish. Refreshments: Tea, coffee, home-made biscuits and cake are provided on workshops. Gluten-free options are available on request. Should you have any food allergies or specific requirements please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, as cakes and biscuits are prepared in a home kitchen, we are unable to guarantee that the baking is 100% nut free. I am often asked for recipes and these can be viewed on Pinterest To Bring: Yourself and a packed lunch! Facilities: Large car park, free Wi-Fi, hearing loop, disabled facilities, microwave, refrigerator. Numbers: Workshops will run with a minimum of 6 students. Numbers will not normally exceed 13 persons. However, there may be some occasions when workshops can accommodate a maximum of 14 persons, dependent on the circumstances and workshop project(s). Cost: Workshops are individually priced and all include materials. Accommodation: You may wish to consider staying in Alstonefield or its surrounding area overnight and an excellent range of quality B&B and self-catering accommodation can be found in our area.
