Designed for my YouTube channel in 2024, you may also wish to make a start on this project by attending a workshop. The embroidery features 22 different canvas stitches introducing stitches such as Rice Stitch, Milanese Stitch, Parisian Stitch and Florentine Stitch. The embroidery can be worked in a 10" embroidery hoop and measures 16.5 x 15 cm. You can also use a 15" slate frame.

Refreshments Tea & coffee is provided throughout the day, with home-made biscuits mid-morning and cake mid-afternoon.
What you need to bring A packed lunch 10" embroidery hoop, both rings of which should be bound with white cotton tape or binding. A seat frame is recommended. (Everything else is provided, including needles & embroidery scissors. However you are welcome to bring your own sewing kit if you prefer).
About the Workshop The workshop is limited to 12 persons, who may be working on different projects. You will make a start with the canvas stitches, beginning with Rice Stitch and moving on to Parisian stitch. A link to the video playlist on YouTube will be e-mailed to you after the workshop in order for you to be able to complete the embroidery at home or return to another workshop at a reduced price.
