For those who would like to develop their skills in this Japanese art, this is a level 2 video tutorial workshop where the ball is further sub-divided to create either triangles or squares. These traditionally geometric patterns will inspire you to create your own colour combinations and designs. A degree of manual dexterity is needed to wind wool & thread around the ball. However, you should already be familiar with how to wrap a temari ball at this level and should ideally already have made a few balls previously. The tutorial does not cover how to wrap a ball. The video tutorial covers BOTH the squares and triangles designs as pictured. The video tutorial takes you through each step of the process to produce either or both of the balls of your choice.You will need to purchase your own materials.
