Learn the Japanese art of temari and how to wrap, measure and embroider a ball. Originally used as toys for children, temari balls became ever more intricate and ultimately became the decorative items they remain today. No experience is required, however a degree of manual dexterity is needed to wind wool & thread around the ball. Suitable for complete beginners and all abilities. The video tutorial takes you through each step of the process to produce one embroidered ball in the design shown. An alternative design is shown at the end of the tutorial.
