Needlecase in Silk & Gold Providing an introduction to Goldwork techniques, this needlecase designed by Cathy is made of pure pale green silk dupion and worked with various gold threads and materials, coupled with a lovely green variegated 100% silk thread. The needlecase has felt pages and measures 5" x 5".
Suitability Suitable for beginners to goldwork. It will be helpful to have done some stitching previously.

Refreshments Tea & coffee is provided throughout the day, with home baking. Please bring your own packed lunch.
What you need to bring . All materials and equipment will be provided, but you may wish to bring your own 8" embroidery hoop if you have one. A seat frame is best, but not essential. Alternatively, you may borrow a standard hoop for the day. Standard and seat frames are normally also available to purchase.
Cost £49 per person including all materials.
About the Workshop Your design will be pre-printed onto silk dupion. You will use various goldwork techniques to complete the design which we aim for you to part-complete by the end of the workshop. You should feel confident to complete the project at home with the full details and instructions you will be provided with.
