Lavender Bag in Pulled Thread work
In this ONE HOUR workshop on each day of the  British Quilt & Stitch Village Show in Uttoxeter,  learn the technique of pulled thread work, where the threads of the fabric are pulled tightly to form a pattern. We will be working the 'framed cross filling stitch' using beautiful hand-dyed variegated silk thread on pure evenweave linen. The embroidery is then made up into a lavender bag, measuring 4.5" square.  A lovely gift for any occasion!
