Crewelwork Seahorse
In this ONE HOUR workshop on each day of the  British Quilt & Stitch Village Show in Uttoxeter,  embroider this little seahorse using colourful Appleton’s crewel wools on a pale blue linen-mix fabric.  Suitable for beginners, you will learn how to work whipped wheels during the workshop and will be given access to a video tutorial to enable you to complete the work at home, adding some blanket stitch and stem stitch. All materials for the embroidery are included in the price. The work is stitched in a 4” embroidery hoop, which will be provided for your use during the workshop.  You don’t need to bring anything with you!

What you need to bring
Yourself! 

All equipment needed for the workshop will be provided, including embroidery scissors and a 4" embroidery hoop for your use on the day.

Cost
£17 per person including all materials and a video tutorial, the link for which will be e-mailed to you after the workshop. 

About the Workshop

The time during the workshop will be spent learning to work whipped wheels. A link to a video tutorial will be e-mailed to you after the workshop, to enable you to complete the seahorse at home.
