Worked on pure linen twill with Appleton crewel wools in 3 colours, this design by Cathy was inspired by a visit to Sicily where Pomegranates grow in abundance. Suitable for complete beginners who wish to learn a range of stitches, including satin stitch, Jacobean couching or trellis work, fly stitch, French knots and stem stitch. It is also suitable for those who simply love Crewelwork! Pictured on a 6" embroidery hoop (not included) and also displayed on a box lid (not included).

Together with unlimited personal access to a detailed YouTube video tutorial, the kit includes linen twill measuring 10" x 10" with your design pre-printed, Appleton crewel wools, crewel & chenille needles, colour photograph, full instructions and stitch key.
To complete the project you will need a 6" embroidery hoop and embroidery scissors. You may find a water erasable pen useful but not essential.
